Terms of Use
The terms on which you may use DeloPulse — the Telegram bot, its Mini App and this website. The Service is free; by using it you accept these terms.
1. General
This agreement is made between Ekaterina Vladimirovna Shoshkina, a self-employed individual registered in Russia, taxpayer number (INN) 732507391610 (the “Operator”), and any person who uses the DeloPulse service (the “User”).
The DeloPulse service is the @delo_pulse_bot bot in Telegram, its Mini App and the delopulse.com website (the “Service”). The Service helps assign tasks in Telegram work groups and in a personal space, track their completion and send reminders about due dates.
This agreement is a public offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). You accept it when you start using the Service: start the bot, add it to a group, open the Mini App or act on a task. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the Service.
2. Access
The Service has no sign-up: your Telegram account is your identity. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure, and all actions taken in the Service from your account are considered yours.
The Service works through Telegram, so when using it you also follow Telegram’s rules.
Whoever adds the bot to a group confirms that they are entitled to do so and informs the group’s members that the Service operates there. Group settings are changed by the group’s administrators.
3. Rules of use
When using the Service you agree:
- to comply with the law and respect other people’s rights;
- not to put into tasks, comments or attached files any unlawful material, or information you are not entitled to disclose: other people’s personal data without a legal basis, or state, banking or other secrets protected by law;
- not to use the Service for spam, harassment or pressure on people;
- not to attempt to access the data of other groups or users, bypass permission checks or interfere with the Service, including by automated requests;
- not to impersonate the Operator or anyone else.
4. Your content
Task texts, comments, checklists and files you put into the Service remain yours, and you are responsible for their content. You allow the Operator to store, process and show this content to the members of your group or to the people a task is addressed to — only to the extent needed to run the Service.
The Operator does not review content in advance but may remove it or restrict access to it if it violates this agreement or the law.
5. Price and donations
The Service is provided free of charge: there are no plans, paid features or limits on the number of members or tasks.
You may voluntarily support the project with Telegram Stars. A donation is not a payment for services and unlocks no additional features. Payments are handled by Telegram under its own rules; for a refund question, write to the Operator.
6. Operation and changes
The Service is provided “as is”. The Operator works to keep it running smoothly but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service will fit your purposes.
The Service depends on Telegram. A reminder or notification may fail to arrive — for example, if you have not opened a private chat with the bot, have blocked it, have left the group, or Telegram has an outage. The Service helps you keep track of due dates but does not replace your own oversight.
The Operator may change the Service, add and remove features, carry out maintenance, and suspend or discontinue the Service.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for:
- losses caused by missed due dates, undelivered reminders, interruptions of the Service or loss of data;
- the content of tasks or the actions of group members;
- the operation of Telegram, communication channels or your equipment.
The User is responsible for their own actions in the Service and for the content they put into it.
8. Rights to the Service
The rights to the software code, design, texts and the DeloPulse name belong to the Operator. The User may use the Service for its intended purpose; copying, modifying or distributing the Service or its parts without the Operator’s consent is not allowed.
9. Restriction of access
If the User violates this agreement, the Operator may restrict or terminate their access to the Service, including disconnecting the bot from a group.
10. Stopping use
You can stop using the Service at any time: remove the bot from the group or block it in a private chat. How to request deletion of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Personal data
What data the Service processes, why and for how long is described in the Privacy Policy. It forms part of this agreement.
12. Changes to this agreement
The Operator may update this agreement. The current version is published on this page, with its effective date shown at the top. By continuing to use the Service after an update you accept the new version.
13. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. A claim must first be sent to the Operator by email; the response time is 30 days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved by a court as provided by the law of the Russian Federation.
