How it works
From assignment to report without leaving Telegram
Quick actions happen in the chat, and the full picture is in the Mini App. Whichever you open, the task and its state are the same.
Create a task with /task
In the group: /task @Malika @Rustam @Timur report by tomorrow 18:00. Assign specific people, everyone, or a saved assignee group such as “on duty”.
Each assignee reports individually
Every assignee has their own status and, if needed, a personal deadline. The “Done” button works the same from the group, DMs and the Mini App.
The bot reminds privately
For a deadline with a time, 24 hours, 3 hours and 1 hour before; for a date-only deadline, on the morning of the previous working day and on the morning of the due day. As direct messages and only to those who haven't reported. Once you're done, reminders stop. The bot doesn't post to the group before the deadline on its own.
The group hears about an overdue task once
When a deadline passes, the bot posts exactly one group message listing who missed it. Once the task is closed, the message is removed.

What DeloPulse does for execution control
DeloPulse is built around one kind of work: an assignment given in a group that each person has to finish and report on. Planning whole projects is left to other tools.
Personal accountability for every assignee
Assign a task to one person, several, everyone, or a saved group, and each assignee has their own status: accepted, in progress, done, overdue. If two of five people have reported, the card shows which two. The task closes only when everyone has reported.
Result review
The task author can review the work: accept it or send it back with a comment. Until the result is accepted, the task stays open.
Deadline reminders by DM
Automatically, only to those who haven't reported: 24 hours, 3 hours and 1 hour before a deadline with a time; for a date-only deadline, on the morning of the previous working day and on the morning of the due day. Plus manual reminders from the author when needed.
Personal deadlines
One deadline for everyone or an individual one per assignee. Overdue is calculated against the personal deadline.
Recurring assignments
Set up a weekly report or a monthly reconciliation once, and DeloPulse creates the task on schedule. Duty rotations work the same way.
Discipline rating
Who delivers on time and who is chronically late is visible in per-period statistics. If the author takes three days to review a finished result, those days are not counted against the assignee.

Checklists and comments
Split a task into items, and each person checks off their own. Discussion lives in task comments instead of drowning in the chat stream.
Clarifications and deadline changes
An assignee can ask a question about the task or request a deadline change. The author answers questions in the comments and approves or declines the new deadline; until then the old one stands.
Task materials and proof of completion
The author attaches up to ten files to an assignment, for example an estimate or a photo of the site. The assignee can hand in the result with an attachment. Files stay in Telegram and open with the Files button on the card and in the Mini App.

Why tasks don’t get lost or duplicated
A task bot is only useful if you don't have to check it against the chat. Here is what DeloPulse does so that you don't.
No task ever gets lost
A state change and its notification are one transaction. A task cannot “complete” without a notification, and a notification cannot arrive twice.
Official Bot API only
DeloPulse doesn't use userbot accounts or scrape member lists, so it sees only what Telegram shows any bot.
Groups are isolated
A group's tasks are visible only to its members. Permissions are checked on the server for every action, not on interface buttons.
The chat stays clean
Each task has one card, and the bot edits it instead of posting again. Service messages get cleaned up afterwards, and reminders go to DMs.

The essentials, briefly
How much does it cost?
Nothing. DeloPulse is completely free: every feature (tasks, reminders, recurring assignments, analytics and the rating) is available at no cost and with no member limits.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Your Telegram account is your identity. Add the bot to a group, an admin picks the language and time zone, and you can start assigning tasks. You don't need an e-mail address or a password.
Does the bot read our conversation?
The bot doesn't parse or store ordinary conversation: from group messages it only notes who wrote them, so it knows the members. Tasks are created with /task or in the Mini App. It works through the official Telegram Bot API, with no userbot accounts. Each group's data is isolated from other groups.
Will the bot spam the chat?
It won't. Each task has a single card that updates in place. Pre-deadline reminders arrive as direct messages only. The group learns about an overdue task from one message, removed once the task is closed.
What teams is it for?
Work groups of any size: departments, project teams, operations shifts, distributed teams and working committees. There is no member limit. One person can belong to several groups and see a personal summary across all of them.
What if an assignee hasn't opened a DM with the bot?
Telegram doesn't allow bots to message first. Until a member opens a chat with the bot, they get mentions in the group, and the card shows who the reminders can't reach yet. Connecting takes a couple of taps.
